Printed Media
One of my many art passions is printed media. Outside of the obvious relationship between printed media and photography, the capturing of people and ideas through words has always drawn me in.
I’ve never been the best when it comes to writing , probably why I failed English twice, I’ve always been a better talker. You don’t have to worry about silly things like punctuation or having a run on sentence.
As I’ve grown I’ve come to really LOVE a good article. I’ve also become equally as frustrated at the lack of said GOOD articles. It’s all click bait crap with no true substances about the things we care about.
Each of us have an inner pride when it comes to our local communities. We post about them all the time. Our nights out, supporting friends, creating events.
What would it look like to have dedicated printed media about your local community?
That grin sliding across your face tells me you’ve thought about it. Well in an effort to grow as an artist and foster the things that entertain me, I’m doing just that.
